We recommend that our applicants have, at a minimum, the following credentials/abilities:

• Expert skier/snowboarder
• Current Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) and/or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Able to lift/carry at least 75 pounds
• Capable of working outside in variable and sometimes harsh weather conditions
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Completed (and current) application for employment on file with Keystone Human Resources
• Previous ski patrol experience preferred, but not mandatory
• The ability to commit to at minimum of three (3) seasons will allot priority status
• Four (4) ten (10) hour workdays constitues a work week
